Privacy Policy
Effective September 17, 2026
GoLocalTeams.com is operated by Go Loud Sports LLC ("Go Loud Sports," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through our websites, apps, and related services (together, the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Because the Service is used by youth sports families, it also explains how we handle information about children.
Our Service is intended for use in the United States. We are not offering the Service to people located outside the United States, and information we collect is stored and processed in the United States.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Go Loud Sports LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste #61082, Sheridan, WY 82801. Questions, requests, and complaints about privacy can be sent to privacy@goloudsports.com.
Clubs, leagues, and teams that use the Service (each an "organization") decide what information to collect from their own families and how to use it within their programs. For that information, the organization directs how the data is used and we act on its behalf. If you have a question about how your club uses roster, tryout, or registration information, contact the club directly. We will help where we can.
2. Children's privacy and parental consent
Children do not have their own accounts on the Service. Every account belongs to an adult. A parent or legal guardian creates and manages each player profile, confirms that they have the authority to do so, and decides what information about their child is added and who can see it. Coaches and organization administrators may also be given access to player information by the organization the player has registered with.
We collect information about children only to provide the Service — rosters, schedules, team communication, registrations, and the features a family or organization chooses to use. We do not condition a child's participation on providing more information than is reasonably necessary, and we do not use children's information for advertising to children.
Parents and guardians may review the information we hold about their child, correct it, ask us to delete it, and refuse to allow us to collect more. To do so, sign in and use the tools in your family account, or write to privacy@goloudsports.com. We may ask you to verify your identity and your relationship to the child before we act on a request. Deleting a child's profile may end that child's participation in features that depend on it.
3. Information we collect
Account information. When an adult creates an account, we collect a name, email address, and sign-in credentials, which are handled by our identity provider. You may add a phone number, mailing or city information, and a profile photo.
Player profiles. Parents and guardians may provide a player's name, date of birth or graduation year, a general area such as a ZIP code, positions, jersey number, photo, achievements, statistics, walk-up song selection, and similar sports information. Coaches and organizations may record roster assignments, attendance and availability, game and scoring records, pitch counts and rest status, tryout evaluations and scores, and notes related to the team's activities.
Organization and registration information. Information about clubs, teams, seasons, events, tryouts, registrations, and the staff and volunteers connected to them.
Communications. Messages sent through the Service, including team messages, organization inboxes, and email you send to or receive from an organization through the Service, along with delivery and read status.
Billing information. If you or your organization buys a subscription or add-on, our payment processor collects and processes the payment card details. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We keep records of the plan, subscription status, amounts, dates, and the processor's identifiers for the transaction.
Content you upload. Photos, files, logos, page content, and other material you add to the Service.
Automatically collected information. When you use the Service, we receive standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, dates and times, referring pages, and error and performance diagnostics. We use your IP address to estimate a general location, such as a city or state, so we can show nearby teams, tournaments, and events. You can override that estimate at any time by choosing a different location on the site.
Calendar and sharing links. If you subscribe to a schedule feed or share a player's schedule with another adult, we create a link and record who it was shared with so you can revoke it later.
4. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and support the Service, including rosters, schedules, registrations, messaging, tryouts, and payments.
- To create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, and enforce permissions.
- To send transactional and service messages, such as schedule changes, team announcements, invitations, receipts, and account notices.
- To display information the way you and your organization have chosen to display it.
- To improve the Service, diagnose problems, and understand which features are used.
- To promote our own features, plans, and content within the Service — for example, showing an account holder an offer for a feature their account does not yet have. We do not use children's information to do this, and we do not allow other companies to advertise to you through the Service.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our terms, and to keep children safe on the Service.
- To comply with the law and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only as described here:
- With your organization. Coaches, team staff, and organization administrators can see roster, registration, tryout, scheduling, and communication information for the players and families connected to their teams.
- With people you choose. Other adults you invite, such as a second parent, a grandparent, or a guest coach, can see what you grant them access to. You can revoke that access at any time.
- Publicly, when you choose it. See Section 6.
- With service providers. We use vendors that work on our behalf and are permitted to use the information only to provide their service to us. They fall into these categories: payment processing; sign-in and identity management; cloud hosting, storage, and databases; email delivery and receipt; automated content moderation and safety screening; location lookup from IP address; and error and performance monitoring.
- For legal reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of a child, a user, the public, or Go Loud Sports.
- In a business transfer. If Go Loud Sports is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will require that it remain subject to this policy or that you be notified of any material change.
6. What other people can see
Parents and guardians control what is visible about a player. By default a player is shown by first name and last initial. You choose whether to add a photo, achievements, or other profile details, and whether the profile is visible beyond the team.
A player's date of birth, home ZIP code, contact details, and account information are never shown publicly.
Organizations control their own public pages, which may include team names, schedules, coach and staff listings, event details, and content the organization publishes.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as your language and location, keep the site secure, and make basic features work. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising pixels, and we do not use Google Analytics.
We may use a service that measures how the Service is used without setting cookies or tracking pixels and without following you across other websites. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; if you do, parts of the Service may not work.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not track users across other websites, there is no such activity for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to stop.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based permissions that limit what each coach, administrator, and family member can see. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your account by using a strong, unique password and by telling us promptly at privacy@goloudsports.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
10. How long we keep information
We keep personal information while your account or your organization's account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service. When you ask us to delete information, or when an account is closed and you ask for deletion, we delete or anonymize it within 90 days, except where we must keep it longer. We keep billing and transaction records for as long as tax, accounting, and other laws require, and we may keep information needed to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or meet a legal obligation. Backups are deleted on their normal cycle.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it;
- get a copy of your personal information, in a portable form where required;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete personal information we have collected from you;
- opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling — none of which we do; and
- not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
Parents and guardians may exercise these rights on behalf of their children. To make a request, sign in and use the tools in your account, or email privacy@goloudsports.com. We will ask for enough information to verify who you are, and we may not be able to act on a request we cannot verify. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority.
We respond within the time the applicable law allows. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or writing to privacy@goloudsports.com with the word "Appeal" in the subject line. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.
If your information was given to us by a club, league, or team, we may refer your request to that organization and assist it in responding.
12. Third-party sites
The Service may link to websites and services we do not control, including league sites, registration providers, video platforms, and music services. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, if the change is material, give notice through the Service or by email. Where the law requires it, we will obtain parental consent again before using a child's information in a materially different way.
